At Rouxey Vision Homes and Construction, we often say that our foundations are built on more than just concrete and steel. While our daily work involves the precision of property development in places like Abijo GRA, our heart beats for the people who make these communities possible.
We believe that true leadership is measured by the length of the "Helping Hand" we extend to others.
The "Helping Hands" Initiative: A Journey to Ogwashi-Uku
On April 2nd, 2025, our CEO, Mr. Jude Chukwuedo Ikeji, launched a mission close to his heart. We traveled to Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State, not to talk about real estate, but to listen to the stories of those who drive the local economy—the petty traders.
Through the “Helping Hands” Empowerment Program, we provided direct financial support to 20 beneficiaries. These are the resilient men and women who wake up every day to build a future for their children, one trade at a time.
"There are people we may never meet in our lifetime, but the small resources in our custody can reach them."
– Mr. Jude Chukwuedo Ikeji
Why Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Defines Us
It is easy to focus solely on the Lekki-Epe Expressway developments or the latest luxury units at Abijo Heights. However, we recognize that we are part of a larger ecosystem.
Providing a "Helping Hand" isn't about grand gestures; it’s about the humble realization that we are all connected. Uplifting a petty trader in Delta State strengthens the fabric of our nation, and by extension, the very communities where we build our homes.
When you invest in a Rouxey Vision property, you are partnering with a brand that values human life as much as structural integrity.
Our commitment to you remains simple:
To build with integrity: Using premium materials like our 15-year Limestone Gravites paint.
To lead with empathy: Ensuring our success trickles down to the community.
To grow together: As Rouxey Vision Homes grows, our people grow with us.
